Maybe it is all my fault. Maybe it is not my fault. Maybe it isn't anyone's fault in particular but a systemic issue. Maybe it's not an issue at all. The only thing this thread has proven thus far is that you apparently don't like answering questions... and you say you're leaving but keep coming back.

Well, since you aren't keeping your word about going away, I guess we can continue with the former... I'll give you another shot.

What is your experience in law enforcement firearms training?

I bet...Easy to make accusations without divulging any information.

You might recognize my technique as fairly classic interrogation. You've been pretty evasive.

Blame others all you want but you're inability to accept responsibility, be forthright, and answer basic questions shows a definitive and deeply held insecurity in your belief and desire to bury your lack of knowledge in attacks on others.

There are many excellent organizations out there, who's training is first rate. LAPD is one of those agencies and I have nothing but respect for their training staff. If something was published in the LA Times about LAPD (like it was a few months ago) I would take it with a pretty big boulder of salt. That's because I have experience in law enforcement firearms training.

Well first it was aragon who taught me how to use a sword, then legolas taught me the bow, then gandolf showed me the staff then george washington taught me the muskett, then wyatt earp taught me the 6 shooter, hodges transitioned me to the 92sf. I learned guerilla warfare tactics from John Rambo. I learned jeet kwon do from bruce lee. Anything else?

Nope... That pretty much spells it out.

Most people who are most vocal about these things get all their training from the media... Big screen...LA Times... I guess it's all pretty much the same genre.

                Touche... You got me.

I'll vouch for SoCalDep and SamuelX as well. Many of the LEO's who post to this site know who each other are.

Camaroguy is just trolling and serves no purpose in this thread other than general amusement. No actual LEO would continually evade easily answered questions about his background but would be willing to post a picture of his credentials. Maybe he took a picture of his Dad's police badge or picked it up at a gun show.

Either way he is publicly called out right here and now as a liar, a phoney, and a fraud, unworthy of having a voice in this conversation about LE matters.

                        Let's not get distracted...

I'm going to guess that your previous comment regarding firearm training was some sort of joke... I mean... I know that media and Hollywood are significant influences on non-law enforcement's view of firearms, but since you posted a Sgt's badge, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are law enforcement.

Thus, as a law enforcement officer, you must have some expertise in firearm training. What is that experience? What is your experience in law enforcement firearm training?

                            You've said that...Yet you're here.

...and you still make hostile comments, refuse to answer questions to defend what you "think could be a factor", and threaten to leave...with which we're all totally "ok".

                            Sgt's badge...

I've got some people vouching for me... not that I'm anything special. I'm not, but I am who I am. Would any of your subordinates vouch for you?.. or did you make decisions based on accusations and minimal information such as you have here. Your behavior has truly reflected poorly upon supervisors, and I've worked with many.

You still refuse to address that your "opinion" is based on an LA Times article and nothing else, and you still refuse to address the subject-matter experience that would qualify you to have an opinion on what constitutes appropriate and/or acceptable training in law enforcement. You accuse, but you do not back up your claims. You may be happy you weren't trained by me...

I'm ecstatic I didn't have to work for you.

I don't think anyone ever worked for him. He would have been rolled up long before he was ever put in charge of anything.

Whats funny is ive had a few people PM me about the attitude of the regular leos here so it seems to be par for the course for them to try to "out" people they dont think are leos begause they have a different opinion then them. So good luck with that guys
