If you follow my several responses in this thread I'm only saying:
1. if the terms are presented to you BEFORE you complete your order and are clear that no ship means no refund
2. you agree to them
3. things go sideways
4. don't chargeback even if you are legally entitled to because you assumed risk

OR

2. go elsewhere because terms suck and are illegal

That's all. I don't agree with any 100% restocking or no ship keep money policies, etc.. I'm just saying that if the terms are clear and you agree to them, then honor them. That's it. Or go elsewhere.

I just received a phone call from Reeds Sporting to confirm shipping address. The lady was super polite and even congratulated us on the ruling! Also the prices were ridiculously low I got XD mags for 15 each.

Ordered some 15rd .40 226 mags from them. Thought I read they were pending everything for the time being, but hopefully this means they will ship ASAP. Their mag prices are crazy!

You do understand that, once the item ships, that they will not give you a refund or take a return, right? This does not indicate that if they do not ship, that they would not refund. This is not a notice of a 100% restocking fee if they halt sales if PC32310 is enforced again.
