Grabagun said they will hold all orders for 4-5 days to make sure it's safe to ship to CA. They don't want to get sued.

Just ordered on line. Magpul drum mag for $104.00 delivered. Guess I can hang it off the Benelli MR1 or ARES SCR or Volquartsen Evolution.

Everyone in the country will be ticked off. Nice way to kill your business. You can bet I'll be calling my cc company. I didn't see this notice posted when I ordered.

I think they mean that if mags are deemed illegal once again, after you have received your order, that you cannot return them for a refund. I don't think they are saying they won't ship and that you'll lose your payment you've made.

Same here. No disclaimer when I ordered. American express platinum. If they steal from me, I will certainly challenge the charge.

From a legal standpoint I am not disagreeing with anyone at all. The point I'm making is why purchase from them to begin with if you don't agree to the policies (or know they are illegal). Isn't that enough to tell you to shop elsewhere? If you DO agree to their jacked up / illegal policies, then why not suck it up?

I will would still order from a company that I knew had an illegal policy. If they don't ship and still charge I would place a charge back so fast their head would spin.

I would do this for two reasons.

1) Because I have the legal right to.
2) To make them think twice about their illegal policy.

I know you're a vendor and wouldn't do such a thing but I can't believe you your saying to just walk away from dealers like this. Yes you can teach them a lesson by walking away and doing business with a different vendor.

BUT, you'd teach them a much BIGGER lesson if you took every legal step to protect your rights.

Not sure if this is a dup, but Lapolicegear.com wont ship to CA - even though they are based in Valencia. FYI

Edit: Prior - when I entered State and Zip - it wouldn't give me payment options (Saturday). Just tried it right now and I was able to process. Lets see what their confirmation email states.
