If it appeals then it's a step closer to Scotus. I know they will because they are greedy and stupid but they have to realize that it's a bad move.

Really looking forward to the action, I have a feeling it's going to be so convoluted and crazy that people will need days just to decipher it.

IMO they have been emboldened by SCOTUS' refusal to cert any real 2A challenge.

I predict an appeal, and an easy win for the DoJ in the 9th CoA. The Court will no doubt ignore everything Benitez wrote and cite "public safety". Nordyke/Peruta all over again.

I wouldn't count on a letter of approval alone. After all, they could disavow it at will. No, nobody will be selling until they get a personal visit from Gavin Newsom, with notarized grant of immunity in perpetuity for any crimes committed from now on.

cause with the inventory levels of brownells, all the smaller shops that started selling on friday night and saturday are mostly out of stock, and now as money rolls around and more gun owners find out brownells is primed to capture this later rush of orders.

remember most gun owners in CA aren't on calguns or check up on laws like many here on calguns.
Inventory stocks of individual stores are fairly irrelevant. What matters is the stock held at large distributors. I checked today, and RSR alone has ~150,000+ PMAGs in stock. They could restock all of the stores involved in today's sales multiple times. Anybody who sells out by Monday will be back in stock by Thursday.

I wouldn't doubt that scenario playing out. Wouldn't be the first time the PRK's super-majority didn't play by the rules and made things up as they went along.

We are also living in a globally influenced world. The USA no longer speaks for herself without external influences weighing in on internal matters.

I have ordered a few times from Greg. He runs a top notch business with personal services and some of the best prices I have ever seen. Bought some Wilson mags and nobody could come close to his price-plus threw in a free Houge grip. I'll wait for him.

Can't say as I blame anybody for a 'wait and see' attitude. CA is so screwed up; I expect that any day now a democ/obama appointee will somehow over-ride the latest announcement.

Juggernaut Hellfighter mod kit for AR-15

Hi. I just installed the Juggernaut Hellfighter mod kit when I put together my AR when I got the lower from Riflegear and my upper from Ceratac. And then the news about the magazines came in. My question is, can I use a 30rnd magazine on my build? I've been reading a lot of different answers about this but haven't found my answer. Some say no that is still falls as being an AW and others said that since it is a featureless rifle, I can. But I thought that going featureless you needed to get a fin grip and a non adjustable stock. The mod lets me keep my pistol grip and my adjustable stock. Thanks.

As is, you would have an AW putting a standard cap in that rifle, since the hellfighter makes it a fixed mag rifle, and fixed mag rifles that have standard cap mags are considered AWs. You would need to run your standard cap mags in a featureless rifle (no collapsible/telescopic stock, no pistol grip), and have a regular mag release.
