On these message boards there some impressionable people. When the instructions say, 1 pint of weed killer for ever 2 gallons of water, many will figure if 1 pint is good then 2 gallons of weed killer would be better. So goes safety concerns with reloading components.
Are you scrapping-out 1x fired USA manufacture boxer primed .223 and 9mm? I'll pay you more than scrap for those and most other USA 1x fired Rifle & Pistol brass.
