    Thanks for checking Jel. My local BLM has no restrictions on clays either. And yes you should be cleaning after yourself. I agree leaving a sea of orange is irresponsible. Maybe don't suck so bad and leave 500 new clays on the ground. But telling everyone on this forum not to shoot clays is lame.

      Years ago a blm ranger saw our clays for target practice he said no orange. Told us paint them black or brown so when broken up they will atleast blend in with the dirt.
