THIS IS NEWS! I had no idea. Thanks for the heads up. Another close range to keep an eye out for.

Its on the southeast corner of Vineyard and Opportunity(right off Foothills). Snapped the photo while out at lunch.

Looks like Basic Membership is sold out, but it also looks like it will be open to the public(with hourly lane fees).
Depending on how much you shoot the gold/silver memberships aren't bad(barring the initial registration fee).

    Estimated Grand Opening: Fall 2012

How does a gun club in Roseville which isnt going to open until fall sell out all of its basic memberships without a sniff of it on Calguns?

Good question - wish I knew....today is the first day I heard about the range, sadly.

Ditto... its weird that with all of us looking for places to shoot, no one caught this... Wonder what the hourly fee's will be like.
My AR is 7.62x39, so that if/when we get invaded, I can shoot their ammo back at them!

I agree. It kind of pisses me off that they have a basic membership listed but sold out only to leave a few more excessively expensive options.

              One time registration fee. $1,000

They might want to rethink that decision.

                It is Roseville...

Are you kidding me on those "fees"? The precious metal memberships are way out of my price range. Hopefully the new range on Watt will be a little more sensible.

Damn, that Roseville range is walking distance from me. No way a $1000.00 one time fee, and $99.00 p/month is going to fly in this economy.

I'll be spending time at other ranges until they quit huffing the hoppes.

Maybe, maybe not...after all, their basic membership is sold out (if you believe their website)

If the demand isn't what they have perceived it to be, I'm sure they'll adjust their business plan...but it never hurt to ask for what you feel is a fair value

More like failing to understand your target demographic. Prices like that will scare away potential customers and hurt business more than anything.

Maybe they are trying to limit their market to make their targeted clients more comfortable at the range.

I side with the buffet crowd myself. I don't like getting funny looks when I ask for the soda list at Morton's. Don't think they have the chocolate fountain either.

Then they would have been better to open in Granite Bay. The area of Roseville they're in, isn't a high rent district by any measure.

After seeing what happens at that fountain, I'd consider that a major barrier to the spread of communicable diseases
