Well, I'll bet you can get the slide to free up but the barrel is probably crusted up too much to fire.It aint worth risking the barrel blowing up.

Gotgunz, Maybe this will be one of the ones you can buy when you set up your "sell your guns here" signs.

Buy the way, lets us know how you did with your adventure.

      Good luck!

I've got it soaking in wd-40 right now. I thought about throwing it in my sandblaster but i think I'll just use a wire brush to clean it for now. I was going to just leave it alone but I want to see what it
          looks like all cleaned up.

Holy crap, I think we have the first real documented case of "I found a high cap magazine".

How long have you owned that house? Should be legal to rebuild the mag, even if that means replacing all the parts.

Second. MarkW and I found a 10/22 mag out in the desert once. I let him claim it, since I've got no need for a 10/22...

I bought the house in April. I talked to my neighbor today and asked about who lived here before me because he has been there for 40 years. He said that one of the owners was a marine and the one after him was a little strange and he could have seen him doing something like burying a gun in the yard.

I also got the whole thing apart and most of it cleaned up pretty good. I'll post some pics tommorow.

You don't have a red painted room in the basement, do you?

Well, What's the update? Did you get the gun functioning? I need to know if I should have taken that $10.00 bet that AJAX offered.
