... In particular, the requirement that a public-carry license applicant provide proof of "good moral character" remains constitutional...
I would guess, if one had a traffic or a parking ticket a dozen or so years ago then one would not have "good moral character".

So, we are ALL guilty until proven innocent?

That's not how our system works.

The agency must prove that we are not of "good moral character."

That's what the livescan is for, even though that is unconstitutional.
ATF Form 4473: If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver, not a handgun or long gun.

Good moral character is a joke. You have three friends write you a letter saying you are responsible and make good choices.

so why not go get your ccw and let them know your recording the interview for your safety and if they ask "why do you need a CCW" then sue the crap out of everyone involved? If we get enough lawyers and lawsuits on the books sooner or later they will have to change it especially if for instance someone wins one of their lawsuit due to the new ruling.

All depends on the IA and how they use GMC.

OBE based on the AGs official statement to IAs dated 24 June. They can no longer ask you for good cause.
