Tell me again why I have never had any issues with any other FFL before?? I have used many other FFLs and have never had a problem with any of them..tell me why? Most of you have never even met me in person..look at my transaction record here that should also speak to my defense

Sure...you did wait for me to talk with you, then you chose to argue when I asked what you were waiting for all the while while dealing with my current customer, who by they way had plenty to say about your behavior after you two left the store.
You're right it is your business what you do with your lock after purchase, what is not your business is if I choose to return them and refund them or not. And you can re-read those reasons that I gave above. The cash only policy exists for a variety of reasons on firearms transactions but since inquiring minds want to know here you go. CA gets to keep the DROS Fee, FSC Fee and sales tax collections when necessary. We keep our fee. Credit card processing fees are paid regardless where the monies are going at the end. We do this so we can keep costs to a minimum and thus our fees at a minimum. Don't like pawn shop owners much huh? You must really hate the show Pawn Stars too.#4 are transaction was done after you deliver the gun....what I do with the lock after that IS MY BUSINESS. If I want to return it its up to me... hence you do cash only. You already are looking to scr*w people. But I should already know that you run a pawnshop that says enough about you.
You had the portable one after the fact and after it was DROSed. Not the same thing sir. Its called multi-tasking and some of us are capable of doing such a thing. Have I ever heard of the customer is always right? Lose a customer over $5.00 Nope I lost you over $1.50 profit on the lock, fine by me. About the magazine and the safety demo you said that he told you that and INSTANTLY I told you he was wrong. What more else can I tell you there. I wouldn't bring Dave into this one. Enough said on that topic. We're quite friendly with each other here on Calguns. You need to educate yourself as to what I have to do as an FFL. I have no requirement to do your online transfers. No FFL must do those so you're quite mistaken there. We do offer those services however to help those who wish to purchase online and try and make it simple, quick and cost effective as possible. Clearly you've got an issue with me and that's fine man. I really am not going to lose sleep on this one. Like I said and others have clearly said before I even chimed in on this thread we're pretty darn good at this whole FFL thing. So its not going to bother us one bit.#5 I took my portable safe with me that meets Komiefornia requirements... what you should have done was returned my 5 bucks and we would have been on our way. And you were the one that made contact with me meanwhile you were talking to the black guy... YOU SPOKE TO ME... I was patiently waiting for you. But you had already made up your mind to argue with me.. have you never heard the customer is always right?? Perhaps you should learn from Dave at shoot so cal how to run a business with actual customer service. And I hate your attitude you are not doing anyone a favor or a public service it is your job as an FFL. If you don't like it then give it up. That goes to show that you are willing to loose a customer over 5 bucks and you were the rude one the fact that I corrected your employee and you did agree with me on that point made you look like a fool and that was what made you mad. NOPE you only asked for my name after you said you're going to go all yelpy-delpy and become a professional critic online. And I told you my name, title and the fact that I was the FFL holder and licensee. This was all after but remember how you like.
So your issue here is clearly with the California laws and not those who have to comply with them or face fines and or revocations of licenses or penalty of jail time. Your right I did ask what you needed while helping my other customer. It was a good point in HIS transaction where I could pause and answer a quick question. He was quite nice to lend his time so you could tell us how we do not know the laws and such. This was quite the conversation after you left.yeah you run your shop more like CA DOJ than someone doing a "public service" this is perhaps what really really upsets me... how do you think you are? Sit down boy and eat some humble pie... you are not the only FFL in the area and if you don't make enough money raise your price...the only reason why this gun went to you was because the seller had you on file and my father did not want to make it hard on the seller since he wanted to ship the gun. You should re watch the tape and learn from your mistakes. You lied about me yelling at you....you were talking to the black guy then you told HIM to wait and you began addressing me.never did I do something to call your attention or worse yet interrupt your transaction with him...

You Do have a right to say your side of your story absolutely. I also have a right to become a professional internet critic and express my transaction with you. Once again I don't have a problem with you only your business practices. I do my reviews as my public service to make sure someone else won't have a bad experience like mine and avoid headaches by going to FFLS like you when they can go to shoot so cal and have a great dayComment

i got a slew of these $5 gun locks. ive had to buy locks before. Not the end of the world. I could care less if they told me i need a gun lock and i had to buy one. Like you i encountered some who said you dont need it some who said yo do. Fine whatever just throw it in the box and ill be back in 10-12 days.
Id like to hear the shops version of their “Assholish behavior” There is usually a different version from the “customer who is always right “ version of the story
Whenever someone gives me a lot fo attitude I simply do one thing. Walk, hang or get up leave and go elsewhere. if the FFL is that bad in their customer service you have every right to be upset. I still think tht going online and flipping out over their attitude is a bit much…But i wasnt there. but thats the internet today you can say what you want about someone……. would still liek to hear the shops version. nothing against you but lets be fair here.Nope then tell me why I have never had an attitude with Dave over at shoot so cal or with many other FFLS. ONCE AGAIN ITS NOT ABOUT THE 5 BUCKS. ITS ABOUT THE ATTITUDE. Do you not comprehend or understand? We will always have FFLS we need GOOD FFLS not bad ones to stay.
