        I have sold two C&R rifles in the past few months and like clockwork a neighbor gets in the elevator with me and the rifle in a gun sock going to meet the buyer. One seemed a little worried, the other is a fellow gun-nut and actually offered to carry the rifle while I wrestled the 900 rounds of 8mm that was part of the deal! People who are busy bodies will freak out about just about anything you do, condo folks seem to be more prone to this for some reason. Don't let it ruin your day even though the HOA pres was an A-hole.
