WTF? You are okay with a manslaughter charge against a guy defending himself after being assaulted from behind while carrying his toddler?

I get having to own up to the errant shots that hurt others but those other people didn't die, only the aggressor died. In fact, if the parents were his legal guardians given his mental issues, then perhaps they should be held responsible for the assault, much like dog owners are when they happen to attack.

And if the GJ failed to indict, then if this ends up in court, sounds like a good case for nullification

He shot 3 unarmed people. I believe at least one in the back. And I'm not buying his phoney
"I thought I was shot in the head" BS excuse. He has this coming and then some.

But you are right about it being political though. The Riverside DA refused to charge and supposedly couldn't get a true bill for political reasons.

From what the article said: The parents told the cop that their son was sick and didn't mean it, between the time that he was hit and before he shot 10 rounds into three people. I thought that it sounded like a bad shoot when it was first reported.

It never sat well with me either. It's a bad deal all around really...

                Historical Coverage

                His attorney, Winslow, said:
... the officer was briefly knocked unconscious and his son also fell to the ground.

The attorney said the armed officer then returned to consciousnessbegan firing his gun.

shouldn't the kid be on meds? sounds like a good shoot to me. anyone knows me down with enough force to make me black out, i'm assuming they're trying to kill me and will defend myself, especially if i have people with me.

Where did I say that? I was confirming that that both the parents were seriously injured. Though He should be held accountable for his actions.

                    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

You said "About time" without clarifying you were only talking about the charges for shooting the parents. It came across as the whole set of charges was acceptable

yep, they're complicit in their son's death. imagine if he had knocked someone else down who hit his head on the ground and died or was in a coma. i'm glad the cop shot the retard and his irresponsible parents. now they want someone to blame because they failed to properly medicate and keep their retarded son on a leash

I didn't say "about time". The person I quoted did. Though I can see by me not deleting that part could be misunderstood.
