I've used it for high dollar transactions, but the goods were in front of me. Works fine for that.

WTF, OP? Why haven't you posted any updates? We can see you posting WTB ads for all kinds of stuff but you can't take the time to update this thread?

Had a scammer like this try to get me based on a WTB I had posted. They deleted their account after receiving my payment. Does the marketplace suggest PayPal goods and services for online transactions? That's the only way I was able to get my money back.

Not a single person in the crowd is rational or reachable because the parade's for gay folks and it's in SF.

                        paypal is anti-gun.

if they smell the transaction is firearms related they lock both buyer and seller accounts and steal the money.

best course is no money unless face to face.

I closed my PayPal account a year back due to a bad experience in a fraudulent transaction (and what a pain was to even close that account!)...

Anyways - in the USPSA Buy/Sell/Trade group in Facebook

                          - most transactions are with Venmo, Zelle and some PayPal. AFAIK, there has not been any fraudulent transactions/exchanges, etc. Albeit, no firearms are involved in the transactions, mostly parts, gear and tools...

That said, although it says "USPSA," there are non competition shooters in the group just wanting to get a good deal!

Also if his previous posts were about H&Ks , he might be a member on hkpro.com
He did send photos. It was what I was looking for, nothing hinky, or off about the photos
