I've been dealt with many gun owners and 99% share this same ideal. There was this one guy though... who I really wanted to confront face to face.... he ended up sending me the goods. Hope you get yours OP.

10 posts and you sent him $550. Dispute the charge now. Print all the messages he sent and yours. Send him one ASAP that since he isn't responding you have no alternative but to dispute the charge.

Hey Clickjack,

Go and click the user name of the guy you sent money to. That will take you to his member page and then check if he has signed-in lately. If he has, then you know that he's still around and purposely not responding to you. I'll wager that he logs in daily to read this thread.

There have been newer profiles that raised the hackles on the back of my neck.
There was a new member at the beginning of the month, Celine88, right of the bat came off as either a troll, a whackadoodle, or someone bumping up post counts.

9 posts of no value, then nothing since December 3rd.

If considering selling to a low post count, Zero iTrader member, take some time to look at the actual posts, they will probably be very telling.

Not only that. Looks like Celine88 was bumping months old threads.

There are a few new members that have been doing that. Bumping up old threads, and all seem to fit the description of a troll or to get post counts up.

I’ve made thousands of dollars in purchases here, sight unseen, but I would never send that much money to someone with that little forum presence.

OP - send a PM to Calguns owner Kestryll and detail all that has transpired to date. Include all contact info for the Seller/Scammer and ask him to give him a friendly call.

The seller usernames and email addresses are disposable and will constantly change. The OP should out the user but in the long run, it is better that people be able to spot the scam regardless of username.
