op is young in nephew's group, reason he dont reply with name or messages cause he dont have all a tale, mods can look and see none message in his inbox. he thought forum would be sympathetic and give him aimpoint. young kids these days entitled want things for free instead of working hard.

I don't know Pimp, I've shipped a $5,000 guitar before to someone I "knew" online with the promise his personal check was on the way.... A member of a guitar forum of 20 years and multiple transactions etc.

I would send you or Garv, OCEquestrian, morrcarr... etc. And know you're good for it. If you told me you sent me money I'd ship it before it got here. I've seen you guys around forever, I don't have a problem trusting someone like that.

I appreciate that and I feel you. New members or cats that won't talk on the phone are a different story. My Itrader speaks for itself. So does my Ebay feedback.

Deal with established members. Heavy hitters here. Never an issue there. They are transparent and too legit too quit.
