I’m in a similar boat... my 10 day waiting period ended today, my FFL is closed and we are in lockdown for the next 3 weeks. So by the time I’m allowed to leave the house, 30 days will be up. There’s bigger things to worry about and luckily I have plenty of others at home, just going to be an extra amount of hassle. Ughhh

Do both parties have to be present for a re-dros? I doubt the cadoj will make an exception given the circumstances. In my case the PPT was a trade so we both have to come in anayway. 30 days for me is April 10 so I hopefully have time, but I have a feeling this lockdown may be longer than advertised.

The ten day wait is not the issue, the final day to pick up is. If you miss that date you must redo the DROS paperwork and pay the DROS fee again. This has nothing to do with the virus, it was already in effect. A background check is only good for a certain amount of time and then it expires.

Yep, the date range is right on the top of the buyer copy of the DROS. 30 days then you must reDROS. I don't believe the seller has to be present the second time as there is no background check performed by the seller. I could be mistaken as I have never encounter a reDROS situation.
