I would be inclined to alert the PARENTS first, if I could get enough info. I would be inclined to leave the cops out of it if at all possible. IMO, this "call the police first for everything" mentality is why we are now living in a total Nanny State.Comment

How you going to feel if kids get shot up at school and you could have done something to prevent it, but didn't?

After thinking about it, and seeing the comment above, notifying the parents (if you can) and LE is the best course.
The guns need to be out of the kid's hands as soon as possible.
It will interesting to know how the kid got hold of the guns in the first place, going on the assumption this whole deal is legit, and not a prank.
