Make note of when you called and who you talked to, for the distinct possibility that nothing comes of it; I'd want to have and use this info in the eventuality these guns escape onto the street and I want there to be some accountability for some mass shooting from the authorities.

Why didn't he already do it? If you know this is happening and don't try to prevent these guns from ending up in the wrong hands (even though they already are) then you are to blame too. This is what gives legitimate gun owners a bad name.
