Depends. Public ranges like FT3 Tactical are fudds, they won't even let you fire more than one round per second. A few times I've been bothered because the person next to me has the same caliber and it sounds like our shots are one and the same. I stopped going.

Private ranges, never bumped into an RO.

Burro Canyon on the weekdays, sometimes you get the whole "public" range to yourself, do all the mag dumps you want.

Same experience the last time I went. Used to be way better.

I've used 10/30s and 30s at Los Altos before with no issues. From what I've heard, as long as you drive at 3 mph in the lot and don't touch your arms during cease fire, they can be pretty lax in other areas.

I’ve been doing it for years. Never had a problem.

Someone from TM told me the same. That was before the recent employee purge so that person doesn't work there anymore. I wonder if it's a part of their "training".

I only saw that guy one time, and I didn't see him was there last weekend. Maybe he was fired or had difference shift. Other employees were nice and decent

I had the same experience there. The dude told me I could be arrested and charged for transporting a loaded gun because I had full magazines in my ammo cans. He said that the magazine is part of the gun, so if the magazine is loaded, the gun is loaded. I told him that was ridiculous and told him which paper targets I wanted.

All the range fud by people who insist they are right makes me wonder about lead exposure.

I can't wait to hear the eagle crying in the distance when I fire that 11th round.

I've been using standard cap and drums for years. Nobody bats an eyelash.
