Many of my "Ammo Liars" posts include relevant Ca-FSD and CSLA 2005 cites of the statutes "AS WRITTEN". He wouldn't have to read them all.

Even though my crusade to tell the truth regarding Ammo Liars business practice of lying and deceiving customers. Will continue. Re-posting statutes becomes tiresome. Even for a jihadist.

I will not cease my crusade. Because I made a vow to "Marcus" [lying turd of a manager at AB] to "truthfully bad mouth" Ammo Liars at every opportunity, on every online forum I post on. Especially mentioned CalGuns.

Admiration is mutual. Regarding your 'BRASS BANDITS" stand. That is the same issue I have with Angeles and Insight. Along with Insight's lead bullet policy.

There you can shoot lead bullets. As long as it is a cartridge they don't stock for sale except for 22 rimfire.

I know this started as a AB deal, but, I'd like to type something about "range brass" and who it belongs to. Call the range and find out if they keep it[should be posted!], or, if you can pick up your own brass. The info is there, the decision to shoot there is yours. Simple.

Sorry, but you don’t make any sense. Google doesn’t set tax rates. The local jurisdiction sets the rate, which is enforced and collected by the State Board of Equilization. Sales tax increases voted in by cities can take effect at odd times of the year. While many increases take effect with the new year, they often take effect with the second quarter or third quarter. What does the BOE list at the tax rate for the FFL’s zip code? They list the rate for every city and county in the state.

A locked trunk is only valid for transport, not for delivery. I’m not sure where you are headed with the locked trunk angle.

used https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/taxes-and-fees/rates.aspx for reference. google provides search results with link to go to (i.e. boe or cdtfa site)
                no change in tax rate.

on the day of pickup, i mentioned about gun safe affidavit and was told i can use affidavit only if i bring gun safe to FFL to store the firearm and take it home.

What is the tax rate quoted by your FFL and what is the address, city, zip code for your FFL?

10%. Temple City 91780. Now you know what FFL that is.
That's what I thought too since I provided make/model at different FFL in the past.

It's BS, but that's how the law is written. Maybe the legislature only expects those cheap chinese pieces of crap to only last 30 days.
Yes, It has a day by the PD stamp on it! Unless I am too dump to forget the 30 days require LOL. Once time I took out the manual of the lock , point to the worlds : This lock is CA DOJ approve to the Turner manager in Tustin! I don't think saving $10 for a lock you never going to use is wrong or anything I should shame of... it is my opinion to express that a law is not make sense at all...
