    “Down-selected” ?? Do they need to make up words for everything?

    I wonder if the army will actually choose something or if like so many previous programs, the deciding comittee is just looking for bribes and hand outs and then will simply cancel the program as usual. I wonder is some manufacturers are salivating and rushing to get prototypes ready and how many are aging “ oh these guys again”

        The process has become such a cluster**** that it’s a miracle companies even take them seriously anymore.
