I appreciate everyone's input but I haven't shot it in over two years and I just want to sell it (if I can)......If I put a mag lock on it, can I legally sell it on gunbroker and ship it out of state?

Sure, but this is probably a conversation you should be having with your LGS.

OP I totally understand if you're no longer interested in shooting and just want to get rid of it.

if you make it featureless, you can sell it in CA. Heck, list it in our market place and let another Calguns member buy it.

Just remove the muzzle device and pistol grip, and rivet the collapsing stock and you're there. You can give those parts to whomever buys it after the sale.

Don't let the gun-hating, CA lib-turds win by sending it out of state! And for heaven's sake, don't destroy it or turn it into local LE!

            Good luck.

If you take it apart, it will be much easier to sell and you won't need to modify anything before selling. Sell the stripped lower at the local gun shop, and the rest of the parts can be sold cash and carry or you can mail them to me for disposal.

Just wait for the next gun buy back program. Get a $50 wal-mart gift card and go buy some big boy pants. While you are putting them on you may realize the mistake you just made.

Or just sell it for what ever amount you want. Put it on the market place here or on consignment at a LGS.

These guns are less valuable in other states than in Calif because other states(free republican) have zero restrictions on how they are configured.

Looks like you have invested poorly.

If you sell out of state, why would you need to install a maglock? Other sates have freedom.

Go featureless or sell it. It's just a rifle, a boring and neutered one, IMO.
