    I give up

I don't want to deal with the anxiety of being a possible felon. I don't go to the range anymore and have decided I want to sell my AR, scope, ammo etc.......can I even do this?

    Thanks

Featureless, go featureless and keep it. You have options register, featureless, fixed magazine. Don't be a wienie that is what they want.

Can't sell it, looks like you're just gonna have to be a felon.

I know the feeling, I've felt the same way at times. You don't have to be a felon, or worry about being a felon. Featureless, or fixed mag. Personally I think featureless is next on the chopping block. The gun grabbers know features are merely cosmetic and do nothing to make guns more dangerous. Their goal is to eliminate removable magazines. I think there will come a time soon when the only legal modern sporting rifles will be ones with fixed magazines.

Sounds like you've been reading too much FUD here on Calguns. Go to the range and see what people are actually shooting.

                    Yes.
As long as they are configured in a CA legal manner they can be sold/transferred through a CA FFL dealer.
However, if you configure the into a CA legal manner, then it will still be CA legal to keep them.

If you don't want to do anything to the firearms and just want to get rid of them, you can contact your local LE agency and arraign to surrender them for destruction.

you can also sell the complete upper assembly & all the parts minus the receiver to get some money back

and you could just destroy the stripped receiver.
