naruta I don't know why people are busting your balls on here. it seems a lot of them aren't familiar with either causes. I'm glad you posted about this because those groups are anti American anti capitalist and openly call for the overthrow of the United States. any company that sides with them deserves every poor word spoken or written about them. those groups are advocates of violence and hatred and would probably want to kill most members of this forum if given the chance.

I don't care if you talked to the manager. how you chose to handle the situation is your business but I appreciate you providing the information. I will be disseminating it wherever I can. if you're an American these people do not deserve your business. I will put the qualifier that is if they knowingly allowed that literature to be posted. if it was put there without their knowledge then that's another story.

I've been to Elite Armory and lusted after the Garand collection they bought out when the CMP chapter at Chabot Gun Club closed. I haven't been to the City Arms in Pleasant Hill, but I've been to the one in Pacifica and it's a pretty nice place. In the past year, I've bought guns at Dick's, Krausewerk, Reed's, Antioch Armory, and Setterarms, as well as buying a black powder rifle that was shipped straight to my door from Bud's Gun Shop (let me say that in my best Tennessee drawl), and had generally good experiences with all of them.

Again, I'm baffled as to why you think I owe the guy who runs this store anything. He's not my friend, we're not engaged in manly combat on the field of honor, and we're not going out to have a duel over the hand of a fair maiden. The idea that I'm somehow obligated to go have a heartfelt man-to-man with him over this is frankly kind of a head-scratcher as far as I'm concerned, and seems to come from a puzzling and unwarranted attitude of entitlement.

I agree. It's the responsibility of the business to be aware of what's being advertised in their store. Even if they just hired a new employee who put that up. That's their responsibility. I'm not going out of my way to talk to a manager. If any of you have ever done that you realize it does nothing.

But a semi-permanent review online will hurt a lot more where 90% of todays population lives. People aren't going anywhere anymore without checking reviews, and if that's too new school for the old guys here, I hope you never open a business yourselves.
