This seems to be getting worse and worse as more of the facts surface. I don't understand why SA or RR would want this. How would this benefit them ?

who knows, when talking to RRA today it seemed that they got there marching orders from SA. We cancelled a big order from them today, I was asked if one of the reason was the story I told them yes. Was offered a bigger discount n I said no thanks. Was told there PR person would be calling me to see if we could work this out.

Hold the executives accountable. They need to answer to not only their customers and board members but their staff.

Sadly, the only way that will happen is if profits drop, which will evoke a reaction from the stockholders.
If profits remain solid and sales continues to build, the board doesn't care what's happening.

It doesn't take "breaking" a company to accomplish that though. Stagnation or a slight drop in sales can send the message, and if the BoD reacts quickly and publicly, can prevent any long term damage to the company.

I wonder how HS Produkt feels about all this.

I imagine HS would be more than happy to sign a new licensing agreement with another US company at this point. Everyone would know what the product line is no matter whose name is on it .

RRA and SA sales reps have been heating up the phone lines to resellers- no idea on distributor calls. Two popular local resellers I know got 3-4 calls regarding RRA uppers and Saint sales, offering some pretty significant discounts. Seems like their product isn't moving right now.

Ironically, I was just at my local FFL today looking at a 1911. No more SA for me. Just like the others, I show support, or lack thereof, with my dollars.
