In other words, you can sell your guns secretly, under the table, in a back alley, etc. so long as "they don't know."
But if you come out into the open... "gotcha!"

Please stay in California.I have to go through a background check when I purchase a firearm, I don't see why someone else should be exempt just because they live in a free state. I get the counter-argument about incremental encroachment but I see this as a common sense approach. And herein lies the mental illness that exists in liberal utopia. I have to so everyone should.I have to go through a background check when I purchase a firearm, I don't see why someone else should be exempt just because they live in a free state. To a certain extent, I agree but the issue here is lost tax revenue, nothing else.I have to go through a background check when I purchase a firearm, I don't see why someone else should be exempt just because they live in a free state. They want those who are in "business" to pay tax. It has nothing to do with making anyone safer, it has to do with money. It is always about the money.

Seems like he justifed hiring more agents to prove claims that many new private jobs are created while enforcing gun law.
Sounds like a shady "Two birds, one stone" attempt.Anyway...here's a dearth of reasoning to ponder: http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Guns

So because we are subject to unconstitutional infringements upon our rights in California, everyone else outside California should be punished as well?I have to go through a background check when I purchase a firearm, I don't see why someone else should be exempt just because they live in a free state. Nobody should have to go through a background check. A citizen living under the rights afforded by the Second Amendment should be able to purchase a firearm from a fellow citizen without interference, approval, or regulation from the authorities.I have to go through a background check when I purchase a firearm, I don't see why someone else should be exempt just because they live in a free state.
