IIRC in my very first ccw interview the officer told me specifically "Do not carry in Disneyland". Not that it is illegal but that "you have been warned".

I find outing yourself a poor idea, however I do carry an IFAK in my day pack these days. Please please do not light up any of the animals or natives on the Jungle Boat ride.

      Cheers,

        Was there 12-12 and 13.

The level (lack) of security coming into the park is concerning.

The bag check is still a joke.

Lots of unseen security - blue jeans and hawaiian shirt types. They can scoop someone out of the crowd quietly. My daughter worked there and a fight almost started within 10 seconds 6 security guys and the 2 guys were gone. They even have their own FBI office.

Seeing that Disneyland is private property don't they have the right to not allow even ccw carries?

Is it just me or is Disneyland just a wee bit creepy these days?

That decision is up to you, if you get caught, as others have said, "You've been warned."

If they see you "printing" you can expect to get contacted by security and/or police, ejected from the park for life (they use a lot of facial recognition stuff) and the agency that issued your CCW will be notified. They will probably revoke your CCW.

Shooting an LCP in a crowded area like Disneyland is pure foolishness. Too much danger of hitting innocent people. Leave it at home is my advice.

Good discussion, I frequent disney a lot and didnt know their security detail was so robust.

This link confirms they dont allow guns

                          For anyone curious.

I never carry since I dont have a ccw. I have taken a knife, but it was on accident, I always have a folding knife.

These Disneyland threads are the best.

Its always pro 2A people calling other pro 2A people names, telling CCW holders where they cant carry, and non CCW holders handing out CCW advice.

That's dependent on whether or not said rules and laws command any respect in the first place. I wouldn't carry in Disneyland because Disneyland doesn't want me to (rules). I could give two ****s what the state of California thinks about it though (laws).
