^^^ This! Settle down up there pops. Enjoy your retirement, we'll try and clean up the thousands of anti freedom laws y'all let slip into the books. Meanwhile...
They came for the marketplace... they stayed for the stimulating discussion...

Just wanted to preserve this chaotic post in all it's Racist, Misanthropic, "glory".False charge of fallacy. You stated NOTHING but attacks upon my reasoning. You did not with any effort dissect my argument with any logic. You statement remains inexcusable and lacks justification.
Come again when you have the intellectual fortitude to defend your statements.
Education is a ***** when you run into it head on. This is precisely why you vote against your benefit, hate blacks and blame everything on others for your situation. You see the tables are changing and white men are becoming the underdog--and there is a long history driving this fact. It cannot be denied. You are the new N__ger.
It will change when white people wake up and join the global effort of diversification. The only thing holding Merka back is stupid white folks in the southern states who vote against their own interests.
Sorry fool. I come from a most diverse region in the USA. Yes, people argue with me in my place of residence. Still, I cannot thwart the number of H1b visas that allow tech heads to enter Silicon Valley where most of the American applicants--are probably poking some hog in a field under a confederate flag squeeling about their gun rights.
You are a dud round and will never go off with a purpose.
Waxxer is a prime example of Illusory Superiority.

Sorry Noble Toad, you rehash simple stupidity into reasoning with your cohorts on this this forum.
I have never seen a wrongful deaths suit filed against the agency that fired the lethal shots. Some cities pay out. My city protected me. Still, I could face legal charges from the civic side--you know the public side. Fortunately the physical evidence was overwhelming.
Still, the suspect received an *** whooping while trying to escape police custody.
You, bet my *** and other officers ended up with endictments into civil court. Fortunately after deposition the court backed off and we were set free.
So my point is that if you use your firearm in the most responsible way in Cali, you could lose your whole estate in legal fees. Right or wrong makes no difference.
You still could get totally screwed for defending your life and property.
I am on your side guys. What I object too is your sense of being immune to the gun laws and associated civil actions.
I wish no harm to any of you. I only illustrate the realities of our system. You may not like it but facts are facts and this country is becoming less sympathetic to our ideals.
Peace to all and be safe.Comment

For LEO's out there; **** can change on your *** in a second. I know from freeway accidents to family fights. Watch your ***--but be cool and not escalate a situation and up a victim of suicide by cop--or worse frightened by your own community.
The those who are most frightened attract the most violent interactions. This is a fact. It may be anecdotal but I have seen this play out with my own eyes. If you hate the community you police in--it is time to leave.
No ****. You have to be a peace officer and recognize you are the community. Some communities require more than others. Enforcement of the law is different than Atherton than East Palo Alto.
When you step into EPA or East Menlo Park; you best be prepared for a bull ride. Damn. I loved these hoods. Great memories and off setting tragic memories.Comment

have many issues that are affecting your judgment.
I know you think your posts make perfect sense to you, but they tend to
ramble about in a most peculiar way. I do not intend that as an insult,
just an observation. It sounds like you've been thru a traumatic event,
and your still affected by it.
At least we can agree on that.Peace to all and be safe

You know NC. I am fair with your assessment. I am not comfortable with your evaluation. I serve as a as Critical Incident and Stress Management consultant with first responders.
I work with LEOS, paramedics and firemen after a critical incident. In fact I have spoken with and will continue to work with a family that lost a police officer via a sniper shot.
I really do not think you are qualified to judge me--in any dialog. I still support my brothers in blue and our solders in the Middle East.
I have a sense that you have no service experience. If I am wrong then tune me up....
Have you been under fire?? Have you witnessed fatal gun shots? Have you seen or been associated with family members (meaning the LEO community) who blew their brains out???
Now, you are getting close to home. Now you are pissing me off with a lack of respect.
**** off *******!! You do not know ****.
May god forgive you for being a poser with no experience that I can identify with.
This is what freaks me about about many gun owners--no real experience.........Comment

i think it's about time we face the fact that easy access to guns is to blame for these massacres. the people who want to commit these crimes can come by capable weapons quite easily and you cannot impose on everyone in the country to carry at all times for their protection. You know the answer.
Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
But Anti Gun politicians don't want to solve the actual problem.
They just want to use this tragedy as an excuse to add another senseless,
burdensome law to punish the millions of law abiding Gun Owners
who had nothing to do with this horrific act,
so they can continue to slowly nullify the 2nd Amendment with
their Death by 1,000 Cuts strategy....
Noble
the numbers show that a abysmally small proportion of incidents are stopped by an armed citizen intervening.
even in world war 2,on an average only 14% of American soldiers in battles fired their weapons (something which was discovered and corrected later via changes to training as the numbers in the Vietnam war were better).
point being that most people who are not in the path of the attacker are going to do exactly what you expect them to do when the lead starts flying, ie sh*t their pants and stay put even if they are carrying.
See these massacres as a price to pay to keep your second amendment rights. and you better use those rights against tyranny when the need arises, or all those innocent people who die in these massacres have died in vain.
now in today's world recognising tyranny is not as simple as pointing to taxation without representation. it takes a little more education, understanding and effort to know exactly how the government is scr*wing you over.
Armed with this knowledge, you influence your representative to set things right. then you raise awareness and protest. if all else fails you take up arms against tyranny.
so for a group this interested in protecting rights and freedom (it is okay if you are just protecting your hobby), I would expect a lot of you to know exactly what legislation is being enacted right now that effects your states/professions, be in touch with your representative upon multiple economic policy issues etc be ready to protest about a couple that are not going right and willing to organize and sacrifice if the government doesn't back down from it's tyrannical stand. Now we get to the extremely sexy possibility of you getting to use your tacticool ar15 in combat.
forgive my arrogance, but my guess is that most of us are not sufficiently in touch with the current legislative climate to really qualify as guardians of freedom.
the good news is that so long as we continue to mistake a tacticool piece of steel for freedom, we will not even notice how the government is really scr*wing us and for precisely this reason, they are never going to take the guns away.
and who has ever used their second amendment rights for anything important? in the last ten years, we have seen the worst heist in history followed by the government bailing out the thieves while rest of us paid the price and suffered the recession. been dragged into the Iraq war on fabricated data and lies which has been exposed, and records of which exists in the public domain. respect for men in uniform is not just thanking them for their service, it is making sure someone pays when they die in wars fabricated on lies. where are the protests? where are the gun toting guardians of the constitution fighting tyranny?
they probably feel good bearing arms and thinking they are ready to fight tyranny when it comes and are too dumb to see it scr**ing them over on a daily basis.
the constitution is designed to be a dynamic document and not set in stone. the constitution is modified and modernised with time.Gun control is laughable.
When in the history of mankind has ANY inanimate object, of its own accord, caused the death of a person or animal?
Guns don't kill.
People manipulating said gun kill.
We need to address the people who hurt/kill others.
