New gun is out of jail Monday, but the wife has the day off work so I won't be able to sneak it home. Then that night we're leaving for a 2 day trip. Looks like I'll have to wait till Wednesday...

Supposedly my new SG gets out of jail in the morning. The only problem is that it was shipped on Thursday but has yet to reach the dealer. Maybe the Gun God will be kind and it gets delivered tomorrow.

First shotgun purchase, High Standard K1200 riot w/rifle sights (deluxe model I believe). Was browsing the used guns yesterday and came across it. Didn't know anything about it, but the action was smooth and it just felt right in my hands. Did a little research last night and jailed her this morning. Gonna be a long 10 days...

I get to pick up another 870 on friday after 12:20 pm, was pretty happy to find out they were going to be open the day after thanksgiving.

I just picked up a 870 police magnum that was from the Dept of Corrections...oh and Rehabilitation. Lets not forget that.

So yes , I got the shotgun that was used to guard prisoners in jail out of jail .
