I was searching for replacement parts for the mp-2 (mainly a beefy magazine spring for long time reliability)

Came across a shotgun forum and saw a post saying that the H&K fabarm fp6 shotgun parts are 100% interchangeable with the escort. I googled what the gun looked like and it was pretty much identical looking..Ive never even heard of that shotgun, anyone know anything?

I still would like to get an extra heavy duty mag spring to have on hand if someone knows which one to buy. Like if a universal Wolff spring will work as long as it's cut to correct length

      INK,

I saw something similiar to that, but had a hard time finding anything out about the H&K.

Looks like there isn't another MP-A in the south bay And they won't give rain checks.
Guy at the Sunnyvale store said they'll have more on sale in...

Dave at DMW's in Covina (626-859-0299) is currently building tactical/competition parts for the MP-A including things like mag tube extensions, mag springs, etc. Give him a call...

I was told yesterday that there are a couple in the system still and I was given a rain check. I'm not going to use it though so you are welcome to it.

Thank you for your offer, but I already bought one.
Its my friend that is SOL down here
Hang onto that rain check because I have a feeling that this price may not come around again and you might decide your Mossberg needs a friend.

Ok, help me out on this. The manager at the Big 5 where my Escort is in jail, said I could pick it up this Wednesday. I counted the days and comes out to 11. I mentioned this to him, and he said it was store policy since many of their customers didn't understand the 10 day rule meant down to the minute.

So my plan is to go there tomorrow evening which will put me past the actual time of purchase, so I will have met the 10 day requirement. This will be done in an effort to sprng it from jail. Can their store policy override state law? The 10 day wait rule will have been met. Call me impatient.

It's been like that with Big 5 for a while with the 11 day instead of the 10 day wait , so I think you might as well just wait , sleep on the extra day and wake up early in the morning and get there 10 minutes before opening and just grab her and tell them laaaate!

it sucks i know, but that's what stupid big 5 has been doing.

Find the manager He should know about 240 hours and let you pick it up. I'm supposed to be able to pick mine up tomorrow afternoon.

I have a 12 day wait I had to have my gun transferred from a different store and the truck to and from the warehouse only comes once a week so instead of Sunday Gunday Funday I have to wait until stupid Tuesday. The 11 day thing at Big5 might be because they don't enter the info in the system until after the close of business or before the store opens the next day? I bought a S&W from a local gunshop and because I finished the paperwork "after hours" I had to wait 11 days too.

I'm gonna try pimp a little, and see what happens. If they say "no," then no biggie. But it would irk me though since the law states 10 days (240 hours) exactly.

Let me know how that works out for you. I'm supposed to pick mine up Friday after 1pm but because of the store policy I have to wait until Saturday when they open. I was planing on going to the CalGun's Zombie Shoot Saturday to break her in. Still going but now going to be a couple hours late. Manager told me they start the 10 day wait the day after you make your purchase

I just looked at my firearms pick-up slip. It says their policy is that the 10 day wait period begins the day after the transaction occurs. That is messed up. I'm pretty sure they won't go against their own policy. Looks like I wait until Wednesday. Joey, I'm grooving on your avatar. That is WAY old school MD. I just bought their first four CD's that they remastered. They sound so much better then the original recordings.

Today is my pick up date for my Escort MP-2. But im stuck at my parents house all day since they couldnt be home for a plumber working on some sink pipes.

This 11 day wait is getting longer by the minute. I was gunna go befor I had to be there to let him in. Big 5 didnt open til 10. And the plumber said hed be there at 9:50...What a bust

I picked up a gun from big 5 on the 10th day from what I remember a year ago. The guy didnt look at the dates, just checked the ID name, and matched serial number after I said today was my pick up date.
