I am definitely in if these are under $900 , but since they are just coming out for the SHOT show then Id imagine it be at least a good year or two before they come down to reasonalbe prices , you can bet yer arse off that for the first year alot of dealers including maybe even KEL TEC will be hiking the price way up.

The problem isn't that dealers hiking up the price due to demand but the price going sky high because of lack of supply. Kel Tec makes some great weapons and innovates like no other company I've seen in a while but they are long on promise and short on delivery. The RFB has been out for almost two years and yet there are still only a handful getting out to the public. Something tells me this beast will be no different.

Keltec moved to a new factory in 2009 so hopefully they'll be able to keep up with demand.Comment

I want one! but $800??? ehh, might be a little too pricey, worth it? yes, but its keltec, they are known for their awesome guns at cheat prices. now, if that was a semi auto then YES! id def buy one.

That might actually work for you guys that really, really want it now.
Speak to your dealer if they're going to SHOT 2011, and have your money ready to make a deposit. It might help them negotiate a deal with Kel Tec on getting the guns sooner since they'll have a bigger war chest of cash when they negotiate at SHOT 2011.Comment

I love the possibilities with this design but generally wait until after the initial 1st generation run is tested by general populace and kinks, if any, are hopefully addressed. It has me a bit excited though...Comment
