I gotta say, I like it. If I can get over my fear of bullpup shotguns and their face/chamber proximity, this looks like it'd be a nice contender, especially if it comes in at $800 or something.

even $1k is a bit on the high side, but given all the positive "ME WANT", I guess KelTec might get away with the high price tag.

I had met Kel Tec reps last year at SHOT and reviewed the RFB. If this KSG is constructed in the same manner of the RFB we can feel confident our faces will be okay.
These guys really over engineer the cheek area in the RFB to shield you from disaster. Hopefully they do the same with this shotgun.

Neat thing about this, which isn't immediately obvious: there are two feed tubes. Apparently you can switch between them, so it's a really fast way to have both slug and buckshot available.

I must say, I'm shocked at the enthusiastic response here. Usually when a new gun comes out with a nifty space age aesthetic to it all of the old timers flood in to gripe about how ugly it is (Steyr M9/40, RFB, KRISS, etc).

I'm totally in if it's at or under $1k.
