Gunbot has not been listing the .22 ammo in stock at midway for the past week or so, I have noticed.

I haven't been real lucky using Gunbot. For Midway I have my wishlist up running in the background. when I see the yellow banner pop up on top alerting somethings in stock I go look.

Haha, I couldn't even get to the checkout screen before it sold out. Unfortunetly the shipping probably would have probably brought this up to .10/rd & I just can't get myself to purchase 22 at that price. If it were match ammo then I could see paying more, but I just plink around with my Pops and shoot bulk. Thanks for posting though, and good luck to everyone with the ammo search.

Everyone knows the drill with them.

The "drill" is I always have other stuff that I was going to buy anyways from them and add that to the cart with the ammo. The shipping still sucks but it helps take the sting out of it a little bit. Note: If your total order is less than $25, they add on a special handling charge of $3 at checkout.

I have a weird feeling the minimags are going to pop up at Cabelas and Gander Mountain pretty soon at similar price with better limits. So you guys might get a better deal. Crap with all the stuff I added to the cart I have enough gifts for my father-in-law for birthday, Christmas, and next years Fathers Day and birthday.

Correction - Mini mags above was $6.69 each. My shipping with other stuff was $16.06.

Meh...7.49/100 limit 10 with a $9.00 surcharge, no shipping charge over $50. or 6.69 limit 5 and 16 shipping. it's a wash... I'd rather have the ten boxes...
But then Gander hasn't had them yet this week.

Yeah, that happened to me once. All deals (less than 8 cents shipped for 22lr) I miss. It takes less than two minutes. I am using ammofinder (iPhone app), ammoseek, gunbot, and midway product notifications in addition to this forum. I haven't landed a deal yet. What is the secret?

Ammo seek, gunbot, and Midways notifications haven't produced much for me. By the time I hit the links on them they're gone.

Midway - I have my wish list running in the background and when the yellow banner pops up I go check as soon as I see it. Midway is only worth it if you have other things ready to go on a wish list to justify the shipping cost.

Majority of the ammo I have now is from the help of the guys posting here.
