Cabelas and Gander are best so far, they run $70 to $80 delivered. They pop up on Gander ($79) with 10 bucket limit every couple weeks on Tue, Wed or Thu, between 8 to 10 PM. Good luck!

Yeah I got some of those Aguila Subsonics, cycle fine though my CMMG .22 lr AR. It is well broken in and lubed Slip 2000 EWL(which is way slicker than other oils).Did anyone else get this stuff already. I did. Shot well in a 1022. Clean. Not FTf or extract.

Aguila makes pretty good .22 lr, I never even considered buying them before the panic because they were made in Mexico but now since its available I thought I'd give it a try.Comment

It's made in Mexico but they basically bought all of Eley's old gear, use their primer, and the Eley people went over there and set it all up and got it running, and they still make Eley Sport for Eley.Comment

Yeah like I said I am impressed with the quality. I have also shot some Aguila 40 grain plated standard velocity round nose, and it functioned 100 percent in all my pistols and rifles. I got some some Super Maximum hyper velocity too, has any shot this stuff for accuracy?Comment

Shot this ammo, not very accurate but decent plinking ammo out to 50yds. Of course the caveat is, "you rifle may like or hate this stuff", certainly no problems cycling any semi-auto rifle or pistola. It would be devastating on small critters even out to 100yds if you have a rifle that likes it.
I shot it out of a Kimber 82G, CZ UltraLux and Savage BTVS with best group of 5 @ 100yds being 3" ctc from the CZ with a Weaver T-24 scope.Comment

Since everyone is talking about how some ammo shoots. Range report from our weekend in Arizona. We did not get to go to Ben Avery's in North Pheonix because it was too hot. My son flaked on me last minute and didn't want to go out because of the heat.
Rifle used was a 10/22 takedown using ruger 10 round bx1's, bx25's, 10 round Butler Creek hot lips and steel lips. 300+ each of Rem Golden Bullets, Federal Champion blue box, and Rem Thunderbolts bulk ran flawless in the ruger mags, cycled well and no FTFs or FTEs (except when using the Butler Creek mags - feed issues). Bore snake used between different brands. Didn't notice and flyers but I wasn't really checking for that at 50 ft indoors. I was basically running as many rounds as fast as I could. For me at least the the 5 cent per round bulk buys will serve well and I can save the mini mags for when I really need them.
Hope this helps.
Note: Cabelas in Glendale, Arizona has pretty much no 22lr, 9mm, or 556/223 on the shelf except the overpriced stuff.Comment
