That explains why I cannot find my order from last night in my order history. Really hope they recover those orders as I didn't write down order numbers.

my guess is, if you didnt' get an email confirmation as they usually send out instantly, that your order is not really placed. i didn't get an email confirmation

I just ordered one, and "registered" an account. I got an account registration email, but no order confirmation email.
So I ordered a second one.

I'll post up what happens if the second order sneaks through during the glitch.

I ordered this morning and got my confirmation e-mail of the order about 10 min ago. Hopefully this means it went through for me. Says the order should arrive by Friday the 24th.
