did anyone notice that ammo market place flooded with 22LR, lots of new members who most likely abused this thread to flip on here.

I was just going to mention the exact same thing, over 20 listings just on the first page!

everyone should be careful how much ammo you order at once. Whether delivered to your home, office or a postal center, if your packages are labeled as ammo, you may be raising the suspicion of others (co-workers, mail carrier, FedEx dude/dudette, etc.).

I understand what you're saying, but I will not alter my ammo- or gun-buying behavior based on the fact that it might make some people "suspicious." It's not illegal and I'm not doing anything illegal with it. I have no problem with any law enforcement agency checking me out -- as long as they don't overstep their bounds. I will cooperate with any reasonable inquiries, as I have nothing to hide and I appreciate their general concern, but I will not change what I legally and rightfully do.

Yes, seems to be quantities for sale.
The Fresh Fire cans for sale get my attention.
I had never seen them before last week on line and never in a store.
Maybe I don't get out of the house enough.
A couple of sellers had very low post counts and they were mostly .22's for sale.

orm-d is standard .... all ammo is stamped this at least from ups from what I recall.

I know, I just prefer it to not have the wording on there, like cabelas is doing right now,

ORM-D is also stamped on boxes of perfume and aerosol cans according to wikipedia. The mail is private and you should not have talk to cops because of a Manager over stepping her boundries, I would call her corporate office, but if you are ok with all of this then let it be.

As far as the Freshfire cans by a well known .22lr Bay-Area reseller...You sure bet they came with help from this thread. He has 10 for sale, which was the limit on the last drop before this one.

And my UPS guys told my wife, I feel sorry if someone ever tries to rob this house. Another delivery said only 1 other person in town gets the amount of boxes I do,haha. Thats good and bad. I dont really like the attension but theres no other way

No other caliber needs ammo finds because you have gunbot. Those prices stay prey stable, its only 22 that is so hard to find.

Best way to combat the Flippers? Help everybody here and everybody you know find .22 at a fair price.

You guys helped me and I've helped two guys at work.... Pay it forward and the flippers will find it much harder to flip...

Yes. I spoke with the person at corporate who oversees the online ammo sales. He told me that their drop last night resulted in 1700 backorders that they had to cancel because of a misallocation. He seemed pretty confident that things were going to drop Thursday. Maybe sooner!
