Is it normal for cabelas to say "in process" for a couple of days? I have 3 orders, 1/30, 1/31, 2/1. No double orders but all say in process.

Well nothing get done on the weekends so an order on Fri will read processing till Mon.

Even an order on Thur. might not get done Fri. (remember there HUGE) so ya its not uncommon to br processing for several days.

Ive had an order or 2 take couple days to ship. But most go next day.)

I wouldn't say it's normal. Not for me anyway. My orders from the 30th and 31st shipped with tracking numbers already. I got the Gbs.

That's normal. I have been ordering with Cabela's for long. Orders some times take 2-3 days to ship. Moreover in store pick-up orders always ship late compared to ship to home. It all depends on which warehouse it's shipping from. Moreover nothing happens on the weekends.

thats true. the weekends don't count as business days so they do not ship during those times. hopefully you arent in need of them right away but they will be arrive at your home soon.
Also there is a delivery date on from Cabelas that gives you an ETA

Hi All,

Dunno if this is accurate, but it is what a Cabelas CS rep told me... Supposidly the Goldens are not in stock, and haven't been nor are going to be for the foreseable future. CS rep asked how I got to checkout with the Goldens and I said, "I dunno, found this link on a random (un-named blog)" and the CS rep said that the link is somehow going around their inventory system and any order is going to backorder and that she (CS rep) has seen backorders for years, literally years... And don't use any link anymore if you find one, and to only use the Cabelas website as inventory check! Hahha.

My Cabela's orders always tell me the shipments will arrive at my door in about 10 days. After 2 or 3 days I get the confirmation of ship and it's here the next day or two. The 10-day blanket statement is just there to cover 7 business days which is what coast-to-coast would normally take if shipped ground.

I recommend if your order hasn't been shipped by the following day that you call Customer Service. That should help me...errr...help you a lot.

I dont think any links posted will work if you are not a member.
No one is forcing anyone to buy ammo in the ammo for sale section or from craigslist.
Some people have more money than time and vise versa.
