Using the proxy I can get Cabela's, however it will not let me see all of my order history. It will show me 1/23 but not 1/21. Even if they get something in stock we may not be able to order it as they seem to be having problems of their own, or something.

Also Midway is down for me and JG Sales. I'm keeping an eye on Cabela's because it is time!

Put in the auto cart loading URL and place your orders. It seems there is no route from me to Cabela's but there is one to this proxy and from it to Cabela's.

I do this all the time when I can't get somewhere....try the long way around. After you are logged in do not close it. Use the new Address Bar at the top to paste the cart link and hit the go button. It'll reload the cart and let you check again.

$41.31 with shipping for the Federal 525. Not worth it for me for just one...

FWIW, the difference in shipping costs between southern California (or Colorado) and Natchez's own zip code is $2.00. So they have some significant 'padding' built in to their shipping costs.

Rich folks, not just people with money, but rich, value their time. They don't have time to look for codes, or use rebates or hunt for a lower price. These are the people that those sites are catering to.

If you had $500 million would you hunt for a deal or just throw down $300? In my opinion it is still gouging as long and the manufacturers have not raised the price and Cablela's still sells buckets for $59.

I guess some of them pay people to find deals for them and most probably pay someone to do their shopping most of the time, even for ammo.

If I got $500 million I would just buy 223/556 instead of 22s

I really don't know about paying over $300 for a bucket of golden bullets when you can get 1,000 rds of Wolf Gold for roughly the same price. You can get a lot of ammo for $300.

I think they're playing with us. I got notifications that Mini-mags and Golden Bullets were also in stock, but they were gone within seconds of me following the link (and not through GunBot or Wiki either...I have my my own tracker set up). I wasn't going to by them, but I think someone is sitting over there and playing me like a fiddle.
