You are correct. I have shot all of Aguila's Match ammo, Target, Match Rifle and Match Pistol. While better than bulk ammo it ain't worth more than Eley Target, Wof MT or SK Std +. All cheaper when in stock and twice the ammo of any Aguila .22lr product. But if you gotta have it, guess its worth it.

No. When Eley upgraded their production equipment some years ago they sold their existing equipment and the rights to use the Eley Primer system to Aguila. Eley sent a team of folks to Mexico to set up the equipment and show the folks down south how to run it. Eley is a British Company and I doubt with their success in manufacturing ammo that they would ever sell out.

He heh...yeh I would like to backorder automatically at least 2 buckets every month
until I tell you to stop.

Anyways just got email saying my buckets got backordered. Status was showing "to be picked" earlier but eh...at least I have an order in.

Funny, the day Sandy Hook happened I had a bad feeling ammo was going to get scarce(and I was right) so I went online and ordered 4 Bucket O' Bullets for $50 each. Now I wish I had ordered 50....

Just a heads up since I know a lot of us are worried about future purchases of ammo online...

SB-53 was sent back to the safety committee. It will need a 2/3 vote to be brought back into vote today.

May have dodged the ammo bill this year, fingers crossed. Check out the CA 2nd ammendment thread for more info about the voting today.

Just a reminder that even if it doesn't pass everybody should build up a reserve so they won't have to go through this again next year. Just means that it probably makes more sense to switch to the plan where you wait until you can buy in full case (5K rounds) lots and pick one up whenever there's a good price.
