I bought more than i needed when it came back in stock.Kids hardly shot it after i got it too but have given atleast a thousand rounds to familys kids when we go shooting.Seeing kids shoot for first time and learn is worth it.
No plans on selling it for profit either but living in az makes it more difficult to get to ca.Could go buy a 22 handgun and use it up too already have a 10/22Comment

I dunno, every time I’m checking shelves there is .22 LR of some variety floating around. I just got some Aguila Interceptors just fir good measure on my last trip.Originally posted by ysr_racerPlease don't bring logic and reason into an interwebs discussion

If you don’t have 10,000 rounds or better you are unprepared. Calling several gun shops / retailers to see if they have ammo TODAY isn’t going to cut it. Pick one or two and stop by there EVERY DAY. Eventually they will have some ammo. Until then it’s long lines, empty shelves and patience for you.Comment

What I saw there was Eley Club Extra at $80 for 500, not Eley Match.Depends on what you're willing to spend.
Match ammo like Eley Tenex is still readily available. But if you're not actively trying to make the U.S. Olympic Rifle team or competing regularly in smallbore or benchrest competition it's really overkill.
There are still some lower priced offerings from Eley.
In fact, I just got an email from Killough Shooting Sports that they were repackaging Eley Match .22LR that hasn't sold into more affordable bulk packs.
$80 for 500 rounds, but I know that's still a lot for .22. (Eley Match normally costs about $142.50 for 500 rounds)Comment

I haven't shot a single round of .22 for almost 40 years. I don't need 10k rounds.Comment

They have this bulk pack for $32.50 which is a great price for Eley. If I wasn't still sitting on 15K rounds I might have to get some of those.Depends on what you're willing to spend.

It says they don't have it in stock.Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.
