Called several local gun stores, all no 22lr, they had plenty just couple weeks ago. Even big retail stores are out, Big 5, etc. Are hoarders now going after 22lr?

NO, I did not buy any ammo since the pandemic. Have you ever though that the center fire ammo is more expensive than rimfire. Manufactures make more profit with the center fire ammo.Comment

So there was that 22 shortage during the Obama admin.
We are currently running short during Covid/BLM riots period of uncertainty. It certainly won't get better when president Kamala and vp Joe biden take power.
