    I would totally buy one.

Maybe someone will source just the upper, but most of use are still with the Gen3 and not sure that will fit.

That roster was challenged a few years ago and the DOJ was given 6 months to fix it so it didn't systematically stop all guns for coming into the state.

6 months came and went and nobody did anything.(Kamala Harris) As a result this Microstamping BS was allowed to continue until now no new guns can come in at all.

Now that we have a more Conservative 9th Circuit this needs to be challenged and shot down completely.

The Second Amendment Says Keep and Bare arms.

Not Keep and Bare only "CA DOJ Approved Arms!"

I heard that this Company that claims to have "Micro Stamping" technology is in San Diego. That needs to be permanently dealt with as well.

I second that! This is not an Umarex POS. It's manufactured by Glock. Full size G19 frame, slide and mags. Although the weight is substantially less, it will make for an excellent trainer.

The G44 is doing well in pre-orders. My LGS back home. Already has DP for 1200 G44 between the two locations. I will wait until I shot one to make up my mind. The Ruger 5.7 is what I really want

Taurus Tx22 has crappy barrel. I know four people had to send theirs back. Still waiting for the replacement barrel.

It should only take another 25 year for the courts to address this here.

I'm not seeing the real appeal to the pistol. I'm very much a fan of caliber conversions for pistols, such as 9mm conversion barrel in a .40 slide, or 2 different slides for a pistol frame. As a true rimfire enthusiast with a decent collection, the main problem for me with glock 44 is that it is a glock with a glock trigger and glock sights. If you are considering an off roster rimfire there are many choices already in the same or similar price range that are more refined and have proven accuracy. If glock offered this as a conversion upper only, I would be interested. Perhaps if you already have all the other mainstream rimfire pistols, trailside, ruger mk, buckmark, colt match target, s&w 41, s&w victory, m&p22, beretta 87 target, and want to play with something new than I suppose go for it. I do think an AA kit on your existing frame and trigger would be a better trainer and wont have any silly off-roster markup

After reading this review, I can live with that https://www.pewpewtactical.com/glock-44-review/

$359 preorder makes me think, that one will be able to find on sale, closer to $300 mark, but who the hell knows
