.22 lr ammo availability improving?

Not for CCI Mini-Mag's. $.095 is smoking and $.10-.11 is tolerable. I challenge you to show me anywhere to find Mini-Mags under $.09 shipped.

My closet, 1600 rounds in sliders and ammo can, payed $119.00 delivered in the great Gander drop a few years ago. $.074, even less if I sell the ammo can and empty sliders. Down to 3 1/2 ammo cans. I shoot more SK than the MiniMags.

Last Gander order was .081 per round on 800 rounds of mini-mags... even though those choot em packs are now only 300 rounds I like the way they are packaged (they should be charging $22). Prices in general are jacked up now. When I was really stocking up, the GB 525 pack was $24 and the Mini mag 375 packs were around $30, a little less for the AR Tactical 375 packs. I guess we are paying for the Remington factory expansion now, etc...

I've become a big fan of ammofast.com. not the cheapest in the world ($0.10/rd for CCI tactical), but they have stuff in stock when I'm looking for it. I'm tired of staying up till 4am for a few bucks savings.

I just found CCI Stingers, 50 pk, $6.47 in the Walmart in Foothill Ranch, South OC.

I don't remember how much they cost before the shortage, but I'm not paying more per round than I can get Mini-Mags.

I just buy whatever bulk stuff is available. Wasn't aware 22lr was so "valuable", as I didn't need any until it was too late. Now, I pick up a 1400 round bucket every time I find them, and smaller quantities as well. Live and learn.

Yeah. Stacking .22 makes people think I'm a prepper, but in all honesty I want to make sure I can plink when im older, so I buy now while stuff is kinda cheap. Nothing worse than wanting to shoot a caliber that you're out of and can't find.
