Wow that blue laminate stock is beautiful! What did that set you back for a build like that?!

That's not mine, I just found the pic on the web to show how the T-36 looks on a 10/22. I do have a stock that has a somewhat similar form factor that I bought 20 years ago, unfinished. i think it was $60 or so on closeout. I finally decided to start finishing it about two months ago. Spent a couple days sanding it, then started finishing it with Tru-Oil. Wasn't happy with the result so I sanded it down again and started over. I'm aiming for transferring my action to it and bedding it by summer.

          Here it is so far:

Did you get the match trigger service?

Also please do report once you receive the trigger. The match grade trigger service sounds like a deal (fast turn around time too)

                link for rigger work

                yeah match grade trigger service.

Will do, they had just one service. It sounds like the tier lll service. I sent my fire control box to them. They will polish the trigger, shim, do the auto bolt release, leave the stock spring, clean, and test. The choice ran from 2.1 - 4.5 pull. I went 2 lb.
                Now more waiting....

Thanks. I actually didnt like the color when i bought it. Now, i dont see any at the range that color, and im liking it! A little different in the sea of stocks.

However..... that new houge or magpul stock..... Maybe in a cool fde digital camo? ooooooo sexy.

                        Update,
Just got the trigger back from "alexg166" and boy o boy. Night and day. I got the match 2 pound job. Very smooth almost no creep and the auto bolt feature now is workable.
Accuracy is pretty good from the back yard, shooting the colibri's.
First targets i was still sighting in. Im happy with the results. Now more waiting to get to the range and see what she does at 50 and 100 yards. doing pretty good at 25 feet.

                              Update,
Got some range time yesterday (friday). First, the trigger is great. My buddy installed a volq trigger and hammer on his, and, the trigger from alexg is much smoother with almost no creep.
Accuracy was decent for a windy day. That 10/22 will eat any ammo i feed it. The only ammo that wont cycle is the colibri's.
Very happy camper. My plans were the same as many here. New stock and barrel. After shooting the little ruger im thinking i may keep her stock. Its not a tack driver but, close enough for me. Fun little toy for sure.
