Thanks... It'll be a very hard choice for sure. I like most of them if not all. Many are better suited for different applications. If I had to pick one I'd probably get my newest one, Browe..... followed by Obzor, Kashtan and PO 3.5x21P (7.62x39).

Question, how is everyone maintaining their checkweld? My NPAP with the RS regulate 307 mount has the XPS2 too high when using the ACE skeleton stock. What can I do to raise my comb?

I don't believe you need any cheek weld with EoTech if you press your stock in-to your chest like Russian military trains with their 74's. Red dot and reflex sights are parallax free (usually) and can be very forgiving with any cheek welds.
As to scopes that require proper eye relief, there's plenty of aftermarket adjustable (both in length and cheek riser) stocks for AK's including Yugo AK's.

Could you point me towards some of those npap stocks?

and there's plenty of adjustable AR stocks that fit that adapter.

I had a question, side note but related - will an AK rail POSP fit an NPAP or an I.O. 247c? I've heard that the scope mounts on these two are slightly different than either AK or SVD

                      PK-AS
Probably one of the oldest red dot/AK sight after Kobra. Very unique sight as it sits completely to the left side although there's a model that sits over the receiver but with much higher cheek (or chin) weld.
It is powered by a battery but it's not required so it can be used without battery during daylight.
                      Very small/compact sight.

                          Thanks.

                          RPG-7 scope.
Cut off the original QD mount, install 32mm on the rear tube. Rock solid mount. 32mm Ring is attached to rail that can be mounted to any rifle.
Lowered reticle and laser zeroed at 100yd. Eye relief is somewhat close but not that a big deal with mounting it a bit rearwards.
I believe this is 2.8x, very clear glass. Comes with several filters, yellow is in the first photo.
                          Very neat and cool scope.

You can use them as is......but I don't like getting so close to it (eye relief), basically changing stock/neck position to unusual and uncomfortable position.
This way it's much better. The key is to fabricate one that it sits over the bore or further back than original.
Mine came out like I wanted it, but there's another more professorial way I could have done it (involves AD 32mm mount).

I'm partial to the PK-A V sight. Mounts centered over the bore, and sits low enough to get a 1/3 co-witness. Great battery life and uses AA batteries.
