It makes no sense how they are mailing out checks

Shipped: 12/10/15

Still haven't received a refund and it turns out that they mailed a check to the wrong address (typo on their part) on 2/8/16 and it was returned. A request was made to resend the check today (3/3/16) to the correct address.

I sent mine in one day after it was published to the public back in beginning of Dec and still have not recieved my check either. I called several times for status and it's being processed but check made yet.

Yup, called them yesterday. they have an special operator (phone) to search and update for your refund. they will also gave you a claim number which will be easier for them to search your claim next time.

my claim number starts with 7xxx

i received an email from them received the sigh back in mid Jan.

What number did you call? Was it the 888-368-4656? Any extension?

My 516 was received & refund was being processed on 1/15/16
Refund approved on 1/8/16

gave them a call and got confirmation that they received my sites and it is in the process upto 12 weeks.

But I guess I can't really complain after all im getting a pretty penny for them.

called them this week, they said my refund is on the next batch of the refund.

They mention they refund batch by batch. Not sure how many people per batch.

I called today and their system doesn't show that they received my optic yet. They must have a lot of optics to process.

I called this morning and was told that my refund check is scheduled to be sent out today. Woohoo!

I mailed out my eotech on 1/19/16 and called and they told me that my check was mailed out on the 11th as well. I was hoping to see it in todays mail, but no luck...

I received the same email from EOTech earlier today. They received my sight on 2/25/16, called yesterday and talked to a very nice lady who told me the same as the email.

All in all, a stand-up company for processing these returns as efficiently as they have.

I received my check today as well. Got my authorization on 1/18 and they received my shipment 1/22.
