I just boxed it and sent it through the post office USPS. Eotech gives you $15 to ship it, on top of the full refund, you shouldn't have to go comparison shopping for mailing costs

It cost me about $7 for postage + delivery signature. It's only about $4 for just the postage only.

I forget where I read it but I heard one CS guy over there said he had over 20k emails about refunds.

I also heard - not sure where the info came from but the person who told me is pretty well tuned in - that the Post Office called EoTech and told them they needed to come with a big truck and pick up all these packages because they weren't going to deliver anymore.

So I would not expect a refund till at least Spring.

LOL....pretty funny! When I sent mine from USPS, I filled out a "signature required" form and asked what happens if it gets there on Saturday? The clerk said Eotech would probably get the dreaded yellow slip to come pick it up at the post office. I can see how they might have to back up a truck......

I don't even know if it's worth sending back at this point. It may just be easier to sell on eBay and take a little loss than to wait so long and potentially not even get anything back. I just don't think they are prepared to handle this volume and keep everything organized. Especially with no RMA numbers? Unless they are using the eotechs serial as the RMA, the email that we print to include is generic. It just seems this return effort is haphazard. I don't trust it much and very little specifics are being given.
