Are new eotech models fixed?

I sent three Eotechs back on April 21st. I received an email from them on May 18th that my refund is being processed for payment and to allow 3 to 4 weeks for payment to arrive.

Took about 6 weeks from EOTech's receipt of my sight. Check in hand!

My refund took also took 6 weeks from receipt. Just got my $1502 check today.

I sent everything back packed just like I bought it.

I just sent in the sights wrapped in bubble wrap. No hard cases.

I read somewhere not to send in the plastic container. I can't remember where I read it.

The only time I recall being told not to use an original case for shipping, was when my XDs went back to SA for a recall. I don't remember anything from EOTech saying this.

i got mine, full purchase price and 10+ dollars to cover the shipping back to them

that is why i will another Eotech soon.
