Eotech Return Authorization Request Wait Time Thread

I don't even know if it's worth sending back at this point. It may just be easier to sell on eBay and take a little loss than to wait so long and potentially not even get anything back. I just don't think they are prepared to handle this volume and keep everything organized. Especially with no RMA numbers? Unless they are using the eotechs serial as the RMA, the email that we print to include is generic. It just seems this return effort is haphazard. I don't trust it much and very little specifics are being given.

I don't think it's too hard to do. They seem very intent on keeping their name as clean as they can and accepting the lawsuit.....and moving on. It's probably a tax deduction for Eotech anyway.

Turn in a legit item / serial number with the RMA approval seems to be enough to go forward and print a check.

Ebay, you are going to get 1/2 or 2/3 of your price....guess it's ok if you need your cash right away.

Screw it I already convinced the wife that I'm getting the refund sooon and I just bought an Aimpoint PRO. Remaining cash($70) goes to her. Win-win

My refund was approved on 12/3/15 ($1215.00 for EXPS combo with magnifier) and I shipped it back a few days later. I think it will probably take a while for refund checks to be sent out. I am not worried about it unless several months pass.
