My most recent renewal was denied because by the time they looked at it, it was 6 months late...even though I submitted it 2 months before expiration. Now I have to start over.

Do u have any idea why it took 8 months to process?

If I ever remember to print out the form and schedule a Livescan! I've forgotten every day for the last 2 weeks or so, this time it's my fault.

I just renewed mine. It only took 2 weeks .
